2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
In most organizations, I have constantly maintained the highest ranks since I started my state career 11, months ago.I'll now work to realize my ambition.Because I always feel like I am at home in fib, I would like to lead this organization.To make a long story short, I want to improve role-playing and give city more fun while maintaining professionalism.Although I'm sure most of you are familiar with me, I'd want to share some of my prior experiences with the comrades
I know many of you know me, but for the comrades I will meet for the first time;
11 Month LEO & State org experience as a;
13th Leader of Los Santos Police Department,
13th Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol,
Deputy Director of Federal Investigation Bureau,
Platoon Sergeant in National Guard,
JEMT in Emergency Medical Services,
U.S. Attorney General in Government,
And currently, I am serving in the city as Supreme Court Justice.
Since nobody wants to watch their house burn down, I primarily want to be the FIB Director. However, I am aware that there are problems in the organization where I have spent months and experienced a range of positive and negative emotions. As a result, I decided that I would like to address these problems when I had plenty of time and no obstacles that would prevent its completion.
Second, the sole purpose for which they created the role-playing game was to carry out raids and collect evidence.I want to boost the fun and role-playing on the side of crime and state in the city through raids and covert missions.However, FIB does not just oppose criminals; I also want to fight a battle against dishonest legal experts.And if necessary, we will battle the entire fraudulent organization.
Finally, it's important to remember that although all government agencies are on the same side, groups amongst legal entities do develop as a result of FIB since interactions between organizations are not well managed.With scheduled leader get-togethers and internal discussions on decorum and professional behaviour, I hope to alter that.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Corruption & Favoritism:
As a person who is anti-corruption, I will act forcefully in this situation.I'll start by releasing the Office of Professional Responsibility to supervise departments and make sure they are carrying out their tasks properly.In this section, only trustworthy and knowledgeable workers will be employed.Second, promotions will only be presented at a ceremony with the approval of the relevant high commands. In fact If I feel my organization become corrupt I will take precautions no matter how heavy the cost.
Witness Protection Program:
Witnesses will soon have a new rank that will allow them to use makeup to conceal their identities, making it safer for them to leak information.They will also receive a monthly payment from us.(This is not included for persons who have a criminal record or have been connected to a criminal organization, according server regulations.)
Office of Public Affairs:
I will significantly professionalize the public relations office so that it can be utilized more effectively.We may inform and communicate with the broader public by holding press conferences and using various strategies, such as Lifeinvader.
Raids & Evidences:
FIB's key responsibilities include conducting raids and acquiring evidence.The federals failed to do it during the previous administration.I'll focus on this topic because as the deception moves further from its intended aim, the gangs gain stronger and the city is anarchic.
Ranks:
Fib should be a unique organization, and only a select few individuals who truly merit it should be able to obtain high rank. I will reinstate the ex-ranks and erase unneeded high command ranks.
