hi there i am sending a message on behalf of a friend of mine as he has been banned for purpose of gen 1.1 he doesn't share or have multiple accounts hes enjoying the server and very sad that he has been banned. please can you look into this and hopefully over turn it as i look forward to playing with him on my time off work.

he is also having trouble signing up to the website as he isn't receiving the email confirmation so there for he cannot send this message on his own.
