Life Story:
Max grew up in his home country of England where he lived with his Mother and Father. Max was born into a higher-class family getting anything he ever wanted. Max had it easy growing up, but by the time he turned 19 that is when he decided to get a job in Filming. Max started as a runner in a local film agency. After a while, max was promoted to set manager where he designed props and how the set and actors would look. Max, later on, decided to move to Los Santos to further his career. This is where he met some of his close friends at an agency he worked at. Max had the role of Assistant Director, and with this came many responsibilities. But after a while, Max wanted to pursue a new Career in his newfound home of Los Santos.
Career Story:
Max's Career started at the government where he met Aven Ameen and he was recruited as a DOC Officer helping to maintain the mental health and well-being off the prisoners. Max met and formed many great relationships with high-up officials within every organization in the city. After spending 6 Months at The Department Of Corrections, Max got transferred to LSPD where he joined under the leadership of Syndra Lovinhood. Max started off as a cadet and worked his way up in the ranks to a Senior IA Official which really helped kickstart his career. After Sydras's leadership came to an end Max joined the FIB under Hank Volkov. He started as a Special Agent due to his prior rank in LSPD. Max enjoyed the FIB staying there for many years under many different Directors latest of Which was Davis Lawley where Max was Chief of Staff. Eventually, Davis's term came to an unfortunate demise with all of this knowledge Max was approached by newly Appointed Chief Of Police Steph Silverburn, Max was offered Deputy Chief Of Police. An offer which Max could not refuse and that is where Max currently resides.
Outcomes:
1- Max can accept bribes up to $100,000
2- Max can free or reduce people's time in prison
3- Max can do any illegal activity whilst not on duty.
4- Max can use and sell guns he has picked up at the black market and use the guns on duty. ( No org gear will be used here )
5- Max can carry his ID card with him at all times to help in situations.
6- Max can hide his ID card whilst on duty and can refuse to show it.
7- Max can go into the ghetto and kill to relieve stress.
