These are the rules they broke:

1) They attempted to pull me over with only 3 people 1 vehicle
6.16 During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN

2) They began shooting without demands
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

3) The one dude was mass-searching people in GZ

1st rule means that they can't pull you over simple as that. They can ask you, and you can say no and be on your way, but if they have 4 people and 2 cars you have to pull over. So since it's 3 people and 1 car you can just be on your way.
For shooting without demands. They gave you demands to pull over which you didn't agree ( you obviously didn't have to agree ). So they opened fire
88795 isn't a blood member.

"MASS RULE-BREAK" is just a bait to report people out of nowhere because you didn't get accepted into Bloods
