3 My advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
--> I will be adding more departments so that people can chose where they fit in well.
--> I will also be talking with all the organizations every week to keep that bond NG has with other ORG’s.
--> Will also be organizing meetings with other org leaders and FTO's to do joint trainings.
--> National Guard doesn’t have real duty except ammo runs, for that ill I will try my best to implement more activities for them (example: patrolling, air reconnaissance and many more).
--> Strict action will be taken against those who fail to follow the rules and warnings and strikes will be given to those people.
--> Hardworking members will be given promotions on weekly basis and really hard-working people will be given bonuses as well as promotions.

- I was i many legal orgs before so i know all the rules and regulations.
- I want to be a leader of NG and encourage many people to serve for city.
- According to me i want to make NG most powerful than any other city.
