2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this particular organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
• If you notice a little more, LifeInvader first got a YouTube channel where I posted more than 20 videos/articles. I created the channel, as well as realized/edited all the videos on it.
• I believe that I am capable of leading such an organization, given that I am very familiar with RP and that I have been at GRAND for 12 months. I have focused my character on legal organizations since the beginning of the game and I am well versed in them.
• I love LifeInvader the most because of the very relaxed nature of that organization and at the same time its importance in this city and I plan to invest a lot of effort to improve it to its maximum.
• I have a lot of experience in LifeInvader, (5 months) on RS server and on the DE 2 server .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Detailed examination of new employees, we must not allow people without information about how to write advertisements to enter this organization and make mistakes. They would go through a detailed test and analysis before their insertion.
- Punishment system, I believe that mistakes in ads should be minimized, considering that every citizen can see the ad that we post. It would look like this: 1 warn = more mistakes in 30 minutes, 3rd warn = kick.
In conclusion, I would not bring people who could warn me about organizations, I would give ranks on merit.
