The deal for the house was originally 1.7m. The player then says they would like to buy it for 1.6 because that was all there money. I said ok and charged him 250k for the house and requested the rest in cash. He only sends me around 500k and then accuses me of scamming him. He then towards the end of the clip attempts to scam me for the money that he sent me originally and then admits to it towards the end of the clip.

why you didnt did the deal via real estate agency it only takes 5 percent tax+ its very safe it would took like 50k-40k tax only
