Why do I want to be the leader of this specific organization?
> For the past 7 Months, LEO has been the place i called home, I have been in all orgs For a long time As a HC and i have enjoyed every second in the organizations.
I have seen A lot of Leaders come and go in my time here and they were All very brilliant at their job, and I really want to carry this on. I have learned every positive thing in LEO organizations and also the negatives. I have learnt a lot of information in LEO to the point I think I'm right to run it.
> FIB is definitely the best legal Organization in the city when run properly, During my time the last few months. i have been a HC which has been a massive privilege to me as i have been the one helping to lead the best legal org in the city and the AGENTS from lowest rank to the highest rank equally.In my job i would get to know my AGENTS deeply so i know how they can achieve to the best of their abilities the right way for them. I would like to continue my career in the organization and the way to do this is to lead it

Changes i will bring:
SRT (special response team)
> As a Director I will bring back the SRT (special response team) because from tactical strategies on foot to scouting a crime scene in helicopters. This division will unleash the inner spirit of the units who want to be on the frontline,the main squad and the quickest response team, Negotiations will Not be a separate division anymore like seen in Past it will be a whole with srt,
You will need to fill out an application. Go through training to get a certification congratulating you as a part of the team. Inside this division as well will be swat as part of the special in srt
Human Resources
> Human Resources are the backbone of FIB; they control the people brought into the org and the training provided to them. They are the reason the org builds a community and the reason we have AGENTS trained for the high expectancy missions and patrolling. My way to improve this department is just to add more 1 to 1 training so people understand whats set for them and also to make sure they are fully aware of everything and the right way to work
Internal Affairs
> Internal Affairs is one of the most important divisions in every organization, I will make the IA team more strict to keep the organization professional to stop corruption and major mistakes, i will make sure they are always i logs checking activity and behavior so we are the best of best
How i will up keep and improve rp in FIB
>The RP in FIB is pretty high, The best from all legal organizations if you ask me from my previous experiences as we have mature people and high expectations.
But i was always told there's always room for improvement
> The First way to improve the RolePlay is to make sure all the Fib Agents follow the governors rules and never shows misconduct
>I will make sure our internal rules make us look like role models to the society so we are the best
I would also like to make my officers aware of "PowerGaming" and "FearRP" and “metagaming” and make sure all the officers familiar with it i will also bring attention to the /me and /try commands everyday as they are needed for proper rp
Activity, Patrols , Dress codes
> I personally would like to get to a point when we have at least 15 People on duty throughout different periods of times in the day: Morning, Evening, Night
