I believe EMS one of the most important ORG and helpful one for the city to rescue the citizen under any situation without putting paramedic in risk .
EMS means for me peace and that enough for me to be in this org .

Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization
- making weekly meeting to see the employer needs in the jobs .
- Checking the FTO performance with the EMS employer to enure the the high performance for the employee in future.
- EMS codes must be flexible for use to ensure the employee understanding the situation the are going for and when they can use OOC radio and ensure they roles will be apply on all .
- Making weekly target for the employee to work harder for lab.
- enure the employee happy by stopping the harassment by making agreement with police to for quick respond.
