U right there is no rules about using taser But demands what he gave had no reason (only dont let to gangs take roofs at event) and BM event rule said they can't shooting outside of circle. That guy wwas not inside of circle but he blocks way for gangs to into event circle. This is not allowed. ( like blocking gates at FZ raid, same thing)
