Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

After serving as High Command in numerous organisations, I feel it is time to take charge of one and make it a complete success. All the knowledge I have collected about the laws and the dark side will help me allocate documents, files, applications, and a lot more complex structures!

I have a deep understanding of how I could administer and improve departments like Internal Affairs (IA), Human Resources (HR), and Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T. ), thanks to my prior experience as HOD.

In addition to working, I would like to create a fantastic organization with all of the organizations and simply develop an economy; this would be feasible given that I am friendly with almost everyone.

Due to EN 03 coming out I would like to have a fresh start and begin a new territory.

Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization?

1) I hold myself and my high command of the special division to a very high standard when it comes to training within the F.T.O Department.

2) I would like to change some established departments and/or ranks during my time here. For instance, I would add more departments, such as "Public Affairs" or a similar department. I have a ton of ideas for this subject and still have enough to learn.

3) While SAHP often patrols highways, I'd like to incorporate more specialized training, similar to S.W.A.T. and AF, by combining the training of each division to produce a well-trained office and perhaps future leaders.

4) Establishing positive relationships with other companies, particularly LSPD, is something I'd like to do. Everyone always says they'll modify something in their applications, but nothing ever changes. Separate training academies, such as the Police Academy and Military Academy, are another benefit of collaboration. I will consult with other organization heads and deputies to arrange training sessions at specific times and locations, such as a military base.

5) I am very inclusive, so everyone will have the opportunity to experience new things that my term will offer. Every rank will take part in trying everything, even if they have to step outside of their comfort zone to do so.

6) I really believe that my intelligence can manage the departments to their highest potential.

As I just stated, I'll do everything in my power to maximize this organization's potential and change its reputation. (Keep My Word)

Administration Departments:
IA and HR are in charge of holding trainees and younger officers accountable for any rule violations, as they frequently assess the organization's internal and external strength!

Training Division:
The FTO will be in charge of the driving, shooting, and fundamental officer training required to have a fantastic term.

Patrolling Division:

The Patrolling Division is one of the most visible parts of the police. It must be very professional because the High Command will be inspecting it because it is very visible to the public.

Special Weapons and Tactics:

S.W.A.T. will be our "A Team," and when reinforcements are required, everything will go perfectly because they are highly trained and should be available around-the-clock to respond to hostage situations and retail robberies.

Detective/Investigation Department:
Detectives will be on the job and available for ANY investigation, legal agreement, court case, or recording of information about any gang or family!

San Andreas Highway Patrol ( SAHP )

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1: As of late I’ve seen many issues with organizations including low activity during night time when there are still plenty of people in the city which RP situations can be created, I want to bring back a high activity rate during all times of the day with set numbers and using those to achieve higher goals.

2. I’ve noticed as I watch legal orgs work when they are outnumbered or don’t believe they can win they will leave and the RP will end there during hostage situations or other Rp scenarios this is something I want to fix I want always to find a way to complete RP to the best possible outcome even if it’s an unwinnable situation or if we are heavily outnumbered we should always try to find a way to win which will help create more quality RP

3. There have been a lot of issues about RP not being fully carried out and calling gods to interject when things don’t fully go the way they are expected rather than working with the rest of Leo’s and overcoming the situation and finding a way to work with it instead of giving up and having to have others fix it I want this to be resolved I want Leo’s to find a way to resolve issues without always having to directly have the gods intervene (unless absolutely necessary) and to do this the leader must set an example I will be that leader.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Work better with other Leo’s better communication is key more leader meetings is a must and so is joint training this will help all orgs better there rp as there will be more rp interactions which can help the city.

2. Work on ask questions first shoot later basis, I’ve noticed during a lot of things Leo will just begin shooting when it isn’t necessary this needs to stop we need to rp it out all the way and use our guns as a last resort.

3. And finally by finding ways to overcome situations that aren’t always requiring an admin icly rather than having to have an admin fix it SAHP will do it’s best to resolve these issues in a ic manner thus creating more RP
