I'm appealing this thread - Approved - CL | ID 133949

I understand there are situations where we have RP Reason to defend ourselves and it doesn't make sense when we have a situation in the ghetto that we just let ourselves get shot. I understand he wasn't shooting at me, but given the area I'm in, I put myself at risk of dying and being robbed. I don't understand how this isn't RP reason for shooting. I also shot, but didn't kill the person. Again, I understand the rules of the GZ, but given the circumstances and area I'm in, there is an RP reason to shoot here.

I am very careful about the rules and follow them to the best of my ability while enforcing them to the gangs that I help run or run. I hope this is reconsidered given my explanation. I will guarantee that I will not longer shoot in there, but I was afraid of dying and being robbed in the ghetto. You learn from your mistakes and I have learned from mine. The only rule I have broken in the last 90+ days was a mute so you know I follow all these rules and enforce them to the best of my ability.

Also, I'd like to add. This particular person who reported me is BANNED on forums and has evaded his forums by creating a new account. Why is this person allowed to be posting on forums and continue to harass me and my gang with constant reports? This goes against the point of banning people on the forums if they can just make new accounts and come back

This person should be punished for admin deceit and evading bans.
