2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A) I had spent more than 4 complete terms in lspd as HC of different Departments. i got my most of experience in en1 from very Great chief of lspd. i observed that how things work in the lspd and with the help of my skills and knowledge i solved alot of issue in my department as HC.
B) If i became the Chief of LSPD i will be having 5 Departments. which are IA, S.W.A.T, F.T.O, Detectives and Parking Enforcement. All thses will be having thier own work. As FTO will handle the recruitment and Training process. Detectives will collect proofs against the Gangs and Criminal Family.
C) I will do special work on Parking enforcement department their work will be to fine the cars who are Not following Parking rules. And Tow the cars who are breaking rules and make sure that no car do Over Speeding in city. S.W.A.T will get Training to takedown the criminals like professionals. They will be first Responders to the the Events like Hostage Situations Robberies, Raids.
3.Your advices for improving RP level in organization.
1. Only well experienced people should be taken in IA
2. i will keep an eye on the FTO team so they train new cadets good
3. LSPD should involve everytime to prevent the Crimes
4. Applications must become more strict to get good people only in org.
