this man got banned from forums on his main account and then he created another account reporting everyone and trying to admin deceit with everything .. i mean guys what is the point of him getting banned if he creates another account and keep what he is doing ? so from this i see everyone is allowed to make another account and there is no point from someone getting banned on forums
