Upon reviewing the report ive decided to Accept the report

ID 57394 will be punished for General Rule 6.2

It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc.

How ever ID 21452 will be punished for General Rule 6.15

You did not give any demands to the person in the car and just went up and shot him​
