For being a leader of the organization
For improving roleplay in LI,
~Change in Ranking system.
eg:
~I have thought of increasing RP by making several events with other legal orgs , to make more connections between us.
~We would be taking interviews of famous personalities such like leader or deputy or actors.
~We would be implementing extra bonus system to increase the work effort of the employees
~We would be having connections with legal orgs from out email in which we would be notified whenever a robbery/hostage situation takes place and we would be sending our news department to cover it live.
~And the recruitments will be conducted every 1 week once by the help of HR where we recruit limited members so that we can move on smoothy in each time zones.

For being a leader of the organization
I have been in this community for a year now and i have worked in all orgs till now (En1) and holding highcommand postion plus i have leader experience too and in this past year I have learned a lot and I know most of the rules from heart.
As far as I see.We the Li are doing our very best in Ad's and I see no specific lag in any servers but in other departments like news , creative and PR there is small amount of lag.We cant blame the division or their heads because they cant roam around the city all the time and figure out what is happening , I have worked in all LEOs myself and i think . We should have some info about whats going on in city at that moment , So that Li would be available on scenes and record it and present it to citizens on CNN.
I will make this organisation the best. We would be available in global situations with cameras and interviewing team. We will analyse the situation and information will be passed to the citizens without missing anything. We will connect with all other organisations and make a change in this community.
