I have worked in the EMS in EN 1 for almost a year, starting as a trainee and progressing to Temporary Chief of EMS. It will be a proud feeling to be back in with all of the old EMS employees and serving the citizens with the best High Command Team.

Goals if become the leader
* Make sure all employees are motivated by doing some more Global event, IC event And Paying out some extra surprise bonuses.
*Coordination between staff and between employees and customers is essential.
*Ensure that all employees maintain their POV on for at least the previous 48 hours while on duty.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
* The medkit will be restocked, and health checks for every legal organization will be conducted every week.
*A suitable team for Hostage situation (HAT) will be formed and will respond to the situation as soon as possible!
*A Team For the Department of Recruitment in order to Hold the 2 Drive
*Will have an Air Rescue Department (ARD) for Sandy to Palito Area to respond quickly.
*The main task of the AS Division will be to respond to emergency calls throughout the city.
*MD Divisions will be responsible for ensuring that both hospitals' lobbies are staffed and active.
*More Focused on Night Shift (lobby and calls)
