we were being shot at by other cops. you pulled up in a police chopper in police gear with police helmets. You expect us to just leave you to land and let you shoot us? 
Also, furthermore, it's not rdm because my character ICly has memory of you bots dying to us for the past 3 hours. You have not killed us a single time so your existence has stayed in my IC brain the whole time. Therefore, it's not RDM, it's justified deathmatch to protect my life against a prior threat. If you would like the pov of us killing you not even 15 minutes before that pov i can give it to you..... I don't think Sherv and Steph Hongtongtonge, in all of their glory, would forget such a night of absolute decimation and violation considering the fact that we didn't die
