2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
a. I have always tried and worked as an LEO, I have past experience in other LEOs organization like LSPD, NG, GOV, SAHP etc. I joined the SAHP and worked for 2 terms and secured the rank of captain in SAHP. I love the job of SAHP and worked hard with full potential and punctuation. SAHP has access to stop crimes in highways and I think this is the organization who responds emergency calls quickly in Sandy Shores because of its prime Location. I literally enjoyed my every moment in SAHP.
b. I want to leader of SAHP in order to make this organization the best organization in city. I personally monitor that Everyone should follow all the rules and regulation decided by state government. I will appoint 2 lawyers only for this organization because sometimes there is no state lawyer available in GOV.
c. In my whole career of SAHP and as a High Command, I learned many functions and many rules, faced lots of challenge day by day and got more experience. I personally believe that there is promotion based on activity and contribution of player to the SAHP. If player is working hard and punctually follow rules, that deserve double promotion.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
a. I think there should be regular meetings with others LEOs to enhance your relationship to maintain High level Roleplay. I think there should be section of minimum active hours for all rank so that organization give best because of more active players.
b. I think there should be open recruitment drive at least twice a week so that organization will get most of players in city all the time weather its day or night. High commands of LEOs should personally monitor FTO department so that every player will get proper and on time training.
c. My advice will make different divisions with different function in department that will help organization to run smoothly and with proper roleplay like Training department (help new comers to train and make perfect), Lawyer department(Appoint 2 personal organization lawyer and 1 of them should be active.), Internal Affairs department(Handle the background check, monitor working mechanism of all the officer.), UC department(collects evidence of gangs and crime families, make report and submit to FIB for verification. )
