several attempts of VDM in the Ballas Turf, they did it on purpose. They need to be punished as they had been doing this over and over again and it's annoying. You can CLEARLY see that they are doing it purposely.

• Car Ramming - Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles.
• ID 34308 is already punished for this.
