Rejected Arrest us for no reason !

That guy said lets go for the street fight and we was at the green zone he said lets go outside of it .. so we go for fun and he was wear a normal clothes after we went there he killed us using a gun and he arrest us ? is that right?!!!!
My friends ID is : 233822 and 233596 he arrest us all !
