2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) have a Punishment system to ensure that nobody is breaking the rules and that we have the best gang members. There will be a striking system where each strike you receive you will be demoted one rank but if you receive 3 strikes in 7 days you will be fired and blacklisted from the ballas for 7 days.
2) There will be a promotion system where at the end of each week my hc will report back to me who should be promoted and why. There will be logs of evnts that each member attends so getting promoted will be partly based off how much effort you have put into the gang.
3) I will ensure that all members know the rules. There will be a quiz on internal rules and if you pass it you will be promoted from the starting rank. Each member will get 3 attempts at this quiz and if they fail, they will be fired from the organisation. The starting rank will not be able to rob etc. The aim of this is to make sure that we dont have new gang members going and breaking the rules.
4) I will do a lot of hostage situations and store/gun store robberies to make sure that the members never get bored.
5)I will make sure everybody turns up at events. I will fire the people that are inactive for more than 3 days without a leave of abscense and i will also be firing and blacklisting members who don't show up to events..
6) Finally, i will make sure that the ballas gang is known to be fierce and untouchable. Ballas on top!!

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I want to be the leader of the ballas because i believe i have what it takes to make ballas the best gang in the city and keep the reputation it currently has. I have a funny, humorous but strict personality this means that we can have fun as a gang but i will also ensure that their is strict discipline to prevent any rule breaks that may occur.
- I want to be leader to ensure that we have numbers at events such as FZ raid, subs, etc. I have experience of high command on en1 in lspd. I was also in sahp, marabunta, ballas and Vago's so I understand how vital it is to have the correct number of people at events.
- I will make ballas become the 'untouchable gang' with the help of my deputy and high command (which i already have lined up). Ballas will be the gang that nobody crosses. In addition to this i will make a promotion scheme so ranks are not being handed out and my members will have to work for it. This means that our high command team will be the best of the best.
