Rejected False Ban and Misuse of powers | 125534

Recently This girl/guy named Samantha Phorus Banned me from EMS discord stating "Promoting Other RP Projects In DMs", But I never even talked to him about any other RP project on his DMs and anyways players dont get banned just because they talked about other RP server in private DM's.This guy was previously named as Sam Phorus who tried to ban me by spreading false rumors and defamed me inside whole EMS.As a Former Leader of EMS this is Misuse of powers as well as Insulting me OOCly which I can't bear now.I have done nothing wrong to him or anyone but I don't understand why am I being targeted by these people.I request the respectful admin who is seeing this forum to please take strict action against this guy as he is Creating Conspiracies against a Former Leader, Insulting OOCly, Nuking Org Discord by banning people without any administrators permission.I hope strict action is taken against this and I am unbanned from EMS discord.
PS: His old account was already banned for Gen rule before, He did all this with his twink.
