2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) i have ex experience in this job in EN1 and I was a hc for 5 terms my ex rank was the head of hr and I was making my job perfectly and im shure that i can be the leader of this specific org I was in all Leo ors but the beast one for me was lspd so i rely have experience
2) I can make the rp better in this org cuz there was in a few ex terms that i was in a big problem in rp with some officers like thay was shouting on each other in green zone some more problems agents the server rules so as a head of department i had to let them know that they are doing a wrong thing so helped them to change and they changed
3) I have a full bounces system for all the departments for some weekly Tasks that the member need to do and the best one that being active will get a gift from the leader

there job basically is giving out strikes making interviews making the trainings and checking the applications
POLICE Academy
there job is checking officers logs asking for body cams checking the licenses the officer need to hold health insurance and gun license with them

there job is to go to the events the Bank robbery there team is the first units need to go there first
DETECTIVES
there job when the event ends to take the evidence like the criminals id / name / house number or criminal family family house number Etc
but for the normal officers there is going to be 12 ranks for officers

3) patrol officer
4) senior patrol officer
5) major patrol officer
6) Corporal
7) senior Corporal
