Yo, The person who sharing the pov doesnt have to be involved in the situation. The owner of the pov can file a complaint even if he or she is not involved. I am explaining this because i got a punisment like that long time ago. Unfortunately. xD

I mean everybody can file a complaint, whoever took the pov of rulebreak. The pov should belong to the person who is filing the complaint.
