Rejected I had a glitch in game and my account got blocked because of it.

Hi. I was playing in game till I died. I spawned in the hospital and went to the girl/guy that I wanted medical health from. Then he/she said this: 'you know you can get banned for that right?' and then I said for what? He/she said for that animation. Then he/she said press F10, I pressed F10 multiple times but I didn't see any animation or some sort. Then he/she reported me. It was a glitch/bug. Here is proof that it happened on his/her screen.

I am terribly sorry that this has happened to one of your staff. I did not see any animation, my pc is not so good so that's probably why. It could be a bug/glitch but again, I am really really sorry for what happened and I will make sure this bug/glitch won't occur again. Please forgive me and believe me. I did not intend to this to happen or do this because it really was not in my screen. Can you please unblock my account? Kind regards, Max van Gelder.
