10 years ago, 3 men who served the government at different levels, one deep undercover for the federal government, another in the public eye at the head of the police Force and the last the leader of one of the most elite special forces in the army, they met one day in a bar in Los Santos, sharing their stories to realize they had one thing in common, A lack of reward for their commitment and service. The Government who didn’t appreciate or care what happened to them after once their needs were met. Hands soaked with blood and necks with heavy medals, but yet their pockets were still empty.
They decided to use their skills instead to fill those pockets that were empty for too long. Their methods include coordinated attacks, becoming mercenaries for hire, ransoming high value hostages, selling drugs and weapons, revenue through family businesses and payments for high-level terrorist attacks.
One day on a mission, Raymond managed to pull strings to get a heavy amount of gold out of a state’s federal reserves which will now be used to fund the start of the family’s operations at a high level. The acquirement of the state’s car-sharing business has been the first investment into having a continuous revenue stream.
Their Intentions are to squeeze every dime out of Los Santos that they can get; while doing it in style and a professional manner. Their crime is organized, clean, well-mannered and respectful. Loyalty is a must and there is code that must be respected. Any members who would betray the Sinaloa family would be hunted down and killed without much mercy. Those that stay loyal to the cause are rewarded more than adequately for their efforts.
They decided to name their organization Sinaloa to respect their native American and Spanish ancestry.

• To be anointed the title of Terrorist within the state of los Santos is a part of their mission. To be feared but also respected.
• To earn the respect of the citizens so much that they would seem like role models but a strong sense of fear if they ever happen to cross their paths.
Family structure:
-Leader-
These are the founding members of Sinaloa; their duties are to make sure all operations of the family are done at the highest level and professionally. Manage all assets which include but not limited to finances, weaponry acquirement, missions’ management and negotiations for the organizations
-Baron-
These members are highly trusted members of the family who have gained the highest confidence in their abilities to the Lords of the family. They are able to conduct the duties of the lords when they are not present and help manage and organize the missions for the family.
-General-
These are those who have earn the respect of the family, trusted members who can lead members of the lower ranks in missions. They also help the barons and lord with the organisation of the teams for missions and weapon management. They have the confidence of those higher to do each operation assigned to them properly.
-Lieutenant-
These members are 2nd hands to the General, helping them in whatever manner they need to help increase efficacity within the organization, these are usually chosen by the Generals.
-Solider-
These are the members who are trusted in their combat and tactic abilities, they make up the bulk of squad members for any mission that requires skilled marksmen and fast paced operations.
-OG-
These are members that have their knowledge tested and proven, they help the family in whatever missions they can, help run the family businesses, making sure things are running properly on schedule.
-Thug-
These are members are who spent time within the organizations and have made progress within earning the trust of the high members. They always are able to take part in missions to allow themselves to earn respect within the family.
-Runner-
These are members who have stayed their minimum time within the organization without breaking rules, they help the family where needed and are called upon.
-Newbie-
these are members who have been newly recruited into the family, they will have to be tested if they can conduct themselves in the manner in respect to the organization’s standards.
