2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I wanna be leader because its been 1.5 years since I've been in the city have build of a lot of gangs from 0to100%. When I join a gang I always have a dedicated, strong mindset towards making it the the best and make a big impact on the city with my skills. As its gonna be a new server I will make sure that I end my term with my no warning and have a second term, As I don't just want the leadership to lead a gang I also wanna show the city the what bloods is really capable of and how well I can lead a gang. With my skills I will make sure if I get a chance to be a leader I will make sure to go for second term and make it super smooth term so that even the curators will appreciate how I lead my gang. As I have been a deputy in more than 14-16 terms and a leader 2-3 times, I know everything about gangs, whether its some big events , warnings , mass rule breaks , conflicts in gang members or any type of situations I know how to handle them. In the past through my whole journey I've always been connected towards the gangs not only because I enjoy doing this, I do this because I love working for the gang and watching it grow just makes me happy. So, after my all the experience which I have gained by being a deputy I know that I will lead a gang better than anyone as I have done in the past. I always give as much time as I can in order to get my gang better and better and build a strong connection with my people and gain their trust. I always try to teach people new things and make some of the worst situations way better. In all the gangs I've been I always managed to do more events than requirements, As people love the way how I lead things that they also start encouraging me to do more an more. Not only the leaders but the gang members of my gangs were always soo happy how I lead events and manage the gang.
- Not only me but all the HC and the deputies will also put the same amount of effort and dedication, as I will have deputies from 2 different time zones so that my gang can do all the activities flawlessly without any delays or skipping the events. Not only deputies I will make sure that everyone who is a HC knows the value of their ranks and and keep working for the gang. I will have a team of HC who will be taking everyone's interviews in details rather than asking them 5-6 questions, and after that I will have people who will be teaching everyone or showing them how to deal with different situations on their own. As I want to make my gang the most active and strong gang, I will make sure that all the people are having fun and enjoying the events to keep them regular. I will also make sure to issue big bonusses so that they also get something in return. I will make sure that everyone in my gang no matter what rank he/she is will be treated equally and respectfully. As a leader its my responsibility to make sure there is no rule breaking by my gang members. So, I will making sure that every HC ask them all the questions in detail and give them an OOC class where they can properly understand all the rules and different events.
- As a leader I will always be there to lead my gang and will keep maintaining a whole different level of growth and maintain all the events efficiently in my gang. The amount of effort and dedication I will put in my gang will be on another level. Ill make a big and a bold statement with the my leadership skills and make my gang the most efficient, active and dominating gang ever. I will also make sure that I get terrorist organization, and show the city what I am capable of and how I can lead my gang. If I get the chance to be leader I will make sure to turn out to be the best gang leader and make my term the most successful term. After all my experience and knowledge I think I am perfectly fit for the leadership role of the The Bloods.
3. Your Advice In Improving Roleplay Level In Organization.
- As it'll be a new server and I will make sure from the day one with my leadership the RP on this server stays maintained
- From robbing in the streets to doing big events like FZ and Subs, I will have a team of HC who will be teaching everyone in the gang on how to do things and how to handle different situations, So that not only the HC but all the gang members are equally skilled and are able to do stuff on their own without any rule breaks.
- From interviews in gang to being in gang I will make sure everyone is behaving properly like gangster and follow the rules strictly so that everyone can enjoy criminal RP.
- I will make sure that everything we do from ghetto activates to negotiations in the robberies every criminal interaction will be way more realistic with all my unique and different ideas.
- I will make sure that everyone is being respectful towards each other and if anyone is being toxic will be instantly kicked or punished.
- I will also try to solve all the issues in IC rather than OOC or forums, As I want to improve RP in game not on forums.
4. My Goals for Bloods.
- I will make sure that not only gang members are happy with the way how I lead my gang but even the curators are satisfied with my term and give this city the best gang terms it ever had.
- I will also make sure that I go for a second term so that I can have my clean term more long lasting and get the most output from my leadership.
- Dominate all the other gangs and organization in all the events.
- Dominate all the other orgs and gangs in all ways.
- Take the criminal Roleplay to a whole new level.
- Maintain fear of our gang over the city.
- Target all the legal organizations.
- Make it a terrorist organization.
