Rejected Rule break I 1748

as you can see officer failed many rule when it come to putting people in cuffs. I was put in cuffs for possession of an illegal mask (balaclava) officer didn't ask for my id to see if I was apart of state org. FIB agents have to say when they are putting someone in cuffs, when they are taking someone by the arm and also to watch their head when putting them into a car. this officer failed to each of those.
