Rejected IC issue I 60414

Hello, I want have a complaint against ID: 60414. I had stars on me so I decided to surrender myself and was serving jail. I was checking some new interface and battlepass and I got a weapon from battlepass which I got immediately in inventory. After a while I was going through events section. ID: 60414 came near me while I was already in jail behind bars, searched me cuffed me and issued a fine of 10K that I am carrying Illegal weapon.
Refer Proof, its clear from the experience that I got it immediately.

I explained all this situation to him. He said that he don't know about this. I asked him to call his higher ups he simply ignored me.
I don't have POV on me as I was in jail and was not expecting something like this.
