ID 206917 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15

As the punishment i received from the previous thread , would like to know about something and if its still wrong im ok to accept the consequences .
Since the player is in Sleep Mode -> First of all the person is in sleep mode should get AFK Warning and get to jail . Ok Suppose that we missed that part , there are like 2000 ish people right now and because of these kinds of people we clearly can't play cause of the waiting times of these kinds of people interupting the server .
Soo i have a roleplaying about that which is to waking up the Slept Player . Also isn't there a NLR Rule that no matter what the situation is , suppose to wait 15 in order to take action ? the person who died immediately or in some quick response , goes with all information and manages to make forum thread about that .

BTW it's not RDM the player made the wrong title , it suppose to be DM also .
