Rejected PD abusing his power and giving me 10k fine and 50mins in prison

i was just chilling at legion and pd and bloods just started fighting i was watching a pd asked me to leave the seen and i asked why and 2 secs later he just cuffed me i asked him why he didnt say anything the whole time and then when we got there i turned audio on medal(forgot before) and then you can hear me asking for a lawyer i also asked for one on the way he said 'im just sending you prison' you can also hear then then when i asked for one he just started ignoring me then i left my cell and asked other pd can you get me high command this guy is abusing his power but i dont think they where high command this is just annoying since ive been playing en1 for so long then when i switch to en3 the pd just cant do there job can someone please help me i have more bodycam if you want
