Life Story:
Mike West doesn't know who his family is, who his parents are, or what his lineage is. Mike has always wanted to strive, but unfortunately due to the cards dealt to him by life he wasn't able to pursue his dreams. Mike was born poor, on the streets of New York City, not knowing who his parents were, doing whatever he could to survive. In NYC he met a brother to him, Slak. Mike and Slak did odd jobs to make money and when they ended up getting in trouble with the law and criminals they decided they needed a new start. They needed to go across the country and this is when they chose Los Santos. In Los Santos they met the West Family. They took both Mike and Slak under their wing in the city and helped them when they had nothing. Mike found an honest living starting at DOC. During his time in DOC, he was taken hostage, robbed, and almost killed by the gangs of the city. This lit a fire within him, he wanted to get back at not just the gang who robbed him but all gangs in the city. From that point on his goal was FIB, to investigate and eliminate these gangs. Mike spent the next few months training his physical, mental and emotional condition. He spent weeks at the gun range mastering his weapon skills. He’s a smooth-tongued, witty young man who will do whatever he needs to get his way.
Career Story:
Mike eventually applied to join the FIB at a recruitment drive they were conducting at the National Guard Base. He was finally hired at his dream job after passing the interview. Upon getting into the FIB Mike spent weeks doing overtime not for the pay but for the love of the job. He climbed the ranks through his dedication to the organization and his knowledge of the craft. Once getting his desired role of Head of Undercover he knew he was in the position he needed to begin undermining the criminal underbelly of Los Santos. He worked hard on collecting evidence on the gangs and performing undercover busts. With his department the FIB confiscated millions of dollars worth of drugs and weapons.
Mike eventually moved up to Chief of Staff under the new director working closely as the 2nd in command he learned everything it took to become the leader someday. Eventually that day came, he was promoted to the FIB director and led one of the strongest and most successful iterations of FIB to date with over 20 gang raids and countless success stories against the gangs and troublemakers of the city. After his leadership he wanted to retire, perhaps go on a vacation somewhere that wasn't Los Santos, but this place is his calling. He returned to the FIB under its new leadership. This time its run by an all too familiar person to Mike West, once an enemy and now a friend, Hov Cartier. The new FIB director extended his hand out to Mike and welcomed him back to his home with open arms. Hov granted him 00 Agent, his favorite position and one he formed long ago. But all those weeks as leader and then retirement there was something brewing deep within Mike. His old ways had to be shoved into the back of the closet but now, now he wasn't leader anymore. He could begin to re-enter the crooked, dark underbelly of Los Santos. His old tactics of dealing with criminals, torture and smooth talking were ready to go.
Outcomes:
1- Mike drives fast, he has a need for speed and loves his cars. He will break road laws driving to and from danger and trouble. He knows when he's outnumbered and needs to stop.
2- Mike has experience on the streets, letting him fight multiple enemies. He knows when he's outnumbered and needs to put the weapons down.
3- Mike can use any weapon, legal or illegal, he picks up off the ground to complete his job. ( Not using org gear for personal use / off duty )
4-Mike will be able to work with FIB informants and pay for information or evidence.
5-Mike will take bribes(100k max) for reduced sentencing or to have a criminal removed from the FIB wanted list.
6-Mike will break bodycams, threaten and even torture by using truth serum in order to get intel from criminals. ( Using proper /try )
7-Mike is proficient at hiding his bodycam and wire on him at all times. Hidden in his mask, shoes and underwear. ( Activated with /me and /do )
