2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
(1) I want to be leader of the Ballas because I have various amounts of experience in the criminal world of this server. I have been leader of Bloods on EN1 3 times and have had a multitude of experience with deputy rank and I was also the first leader of Marabunta on EN2. Over my time in high ranking positions and leadership I have learned various different ways to combat tough situations to ensure that all the RP in my gang is fun but also cohesive with the rules of the server.
(2) Another important reason I would like to be leader of Ballas on EN3 is because I believe that I can offer a different experience in my gang than other gang leaders may be able to. I think I can achieve this by creating different situations/ranks that make it possible for people to experience things that are not common in the gang world as we know it. I have complete confidence in myself because of my extensive experience in high ranking positions across the various different servers
(3) The final reason I would like to be a leader of this specific organization is so that I can encourage teamwork and positive communication so that the gang runs effectively and maintains the maximum level of efficiency. A few of my goals in this term are to achieve:
-100% turf
-Making sure all events are completed per the minimum weekly requirements and if there are enough members of my org I will encourage them to do these events more frequently
-Achieve a term with no warnings as I have done it before and I have full confidence that I am capable of doing it again.
3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
My advice for improving RolePlay level in this organization is that myself and my deputies focus on maintaining a common level of respect and minimal toxicity between members of this gang and members of other organizations. To me it is incredibly important that members of my organization display themselves in a manner that properly defines the way that I want to run my gang. If this expectation is not met I will make sure that the member is disciplined so that I can keep on track for my aforementioned goals. Overall if people work together and our gang is cohesive with the rules I can assure you that I will display an exceptional level of exciting and proper RP within the organization and for the state as a whole.
