Fail Roleplay he gave demands as I entered my vehicle he gave me three seconds to comply but instantly opened fire once demand were given. (Also using make up)

You have three seconds shot within one second I did not refuse his demands as he shot straight way without giving me time to comply or react to his demands. (Vehicle engine was also off)

5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason. ( Requesting bodycam of what was his rp reason for asking for my passport)
