Hi I believe Darsh Patel revived this incorrectly as his reason for denying it was You were in ghetto they dont need to give you demand.

So Leos are allowed to enter the ghetto as a group of two and kill anyone without giving proper demands or reasoning behind behaving and acting like criminals.

Leo's aren't criminals so of course they cannot kill people for no reason so will discuss with admin but Thread is a 11 second POV so will stay rejected as it doesn't show full situation
