It is now the fifth time that i am reposting my personal biography that got approved before, and since the new format ( new format not new rules ) came i reposted my same bio and i even modified it to look more acceptable but it got rejected 5 times for rule break, and the thing is in my outcomes i literally say in all the RP outcomes that i will follow the city and the RP rules as you will see in the screenshots that i will join to this thread, could you please not take away the core identity of my IC character as the city JOKER ask anyone and you will be surprised about how much i am into that IC roleplaying, the character has a laughing disorder it doesn't mean that he will not put his hands up when being robbed! i am fully comfortable with your next judgment outcome about my bio, and if i am wrong about this please accept my sincere apologies.

ur BIO comes against server rules logic and it's completely Unrealistic
add there that via /do u can fly /todo u can fly and will be a Super man
