Evidence is completly cropped or edited ( POV's are way less than 1 minute and is in different times and situations + Owner's sound is not recorded ).
Evidence are insufficient and is out of context ( Each pov is different situation and does not describe it full at all ).
However based on evidence 4, ID 146965 will receive a punishment for VDM
