Approved Shooting outside of event into event area | 15234 / 19233

BM raid earlier today - spotted these 2 Vagos outside of area shooting in so I followed them. When they got out of car they started pointing guns INTO raid area from OUTSIDE and started shooting. I tried using NON RP chat to communicate to tell them they're out of area but they did not care. They did this more than once and repositioned a few times.

I have been told numerous times from senior state admins to treat BM raid like it is a red circle and to not shoot outside of the area from the inside or vice versa. Regardless of whether shots are coming from ghetto.

ALSO - NG does not see zone but the gangs do
