Had no interaction with that guy, I asked ems to leave the are, the guy on the ground was wounded by someone else but parachute was about to spawn so i didnt wnat him to be alive and around, when other guy randomly jumped me with no demands or anything.

General Rules 6.15: When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
