We were taking pictures with the new halloween items by the CASINO so we were in the city and ID 196692 VDM us and killed my friend and after that ID 136670 RDM and send us to hospital.

We asked an admin by opening a ticket in the game if the Highway near casino as you can see in the POV by the minimap, if that highway was city or "ghetto", so there is the answer Asuna Ken gave us, its not ghetto, any VDM RDM is punishable.
