2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• My main goal would be to increase the number of officers on patrol within SAHP as a whole, instead of having officers stay at HQ and sell insurance (still keeping a minimum of 2 officers to sell insurance of course). Currently within the state, crime rate is at its highest and a lot of criminals roam.​
• Another thing I would like to do is change around the structure of SAHP, making changes to department names such as SRT being named SWAT. Also changing uniform styles within the org to demonstrate which person is which rank within the org​
• SAHP currently has nothing special about it, I want to make SAHP stand out and be an org that can be counted on by LSPD and FIB. I also want to build up relationships with other orgs, as in if a problem come up between SAHP and any other org, the situation would be dealt with as seen fit to stop arguments between orgs
  
  3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.​

To improve the amount of RP within the org I would increase the use of / RP Commands especially during the arrest and with negotiation. To better improve the rate of RP in the situations just mentioned. I would also create an individual department for negotiations in order to create more RP at negotiation​
