Rejected RDM and vehicle theft for no reason!

Hello, i was near a green zone changing clothes when a random came for no reason, killed me stole my weapon and my car. I know have to pay 400k to get my car back but the problem is that it was FOR NO REASON! I need my 400k ASAP or get my car outside of penalty parking. (i have attached video proof)

Please give my 400k and ban this dude.
