Backstory:
Balenciaga is founded on respect and love for one another. Since going through a rough patch where greed almost split the family up, Richard Miller is recreating his family's legacy after his wife mysteriously disappeared. To create a legacy one must fight adversity, embrace resiliency, and confront malignity. These are the principles of the Balenciaga family.
Balenciaga's foundation is preemptive of a troubled leader attempting to eradicate and exploit its members' work. This was Balenciaga's first test of resiliency; Richard, the former leader's spouse, rose from the ashes, to restore the family's strong bonds as the new owner of the family.
What followed was adversity; morale was low, members disbanded, and hope was lost, but those who chose to stay have also chosen to fight adversity to form a new generation of diverse individuals striving for success.
Confronting malignity is the final test, and most families fail, but Balenciaga, a family that has those from all walks of life, fears no challenge. Balenciaga welcomes all those who wish to respect the egalitarian narrative.
Balenciaga has been faced with all the challenges that determine the foundation of a family’s legacy: Fighting adversity, embracing resiliency, and confronting malignity. Our narrative however can be summed up as such; do not be afraid to be a legend.
Goals:
Reach top 10 and stay there without the sphere of influence points.
Maintaining our future businesses forever, getting the maximum profit possible from them
Purchasing a 15 or 20-bed plantation and an oil well.
Be welcoming to everyone, creating a home in the city for our Balenciaga family.

Abide by city rules at all times.
Listen to higher-up calls and respond when needed.
Use family cars responsibly by parking legally and refueling before bringing them back.

(10) Leader: Leader of the family
(9) Sub-Leader: A member who owned the leader's trust to manage the family businesses and to command while the leader is away
(8) Treasurer: A member that has the permission to manage the family economy
(7) Commander: In charge of events and store robberies, and other family activities
(6) Captain: A member that has earned confidence from the family leader, and has the experience to organize events of the family and family activities
(5) Assasin: An experienced shooter and killer used as the main shooter in events
(4) Soldier: A decent shooter that has gained more skill and confidence during the time
(3) Associate: A member that has owned more confidence and skill, so he teaches members and prospects
(2) Member: A member training to become a well known member of the family
