Rejected Syndra_Pluxury warn appeal Non-RP driving + VDM

Today I got a warning for Non-RP driving and VDM by Syndra Pluxury, I have the POV of the 3 minutes until I got the warning and you can see there that I did not do any kind of VDM. I agree with the punishment for Non-RP driving but the punishment should be different as there was no VDM.

You didn't get punished for this only as what you showed is a very minor issue but you got warned for commits you did before minutes of this pov were u was insanily non-rp driving with your car and also gaining advantage by vdming player to kill him, you didn't play fair at all so i gave you warning.
