Rejected I got a warning for CL/combat logging when really after dying i had crashed

i have this bit of evidence, it is from another lspd officer but you can see at 0:34 i died and someone picked up my gun and ammunition, shortly after it said i had left but really i had crashed. I wish i had better proof from my own screen but i ran out of memory the hour previous without noticing. please, at most could someone just remove my warning as its not my fault i got it the admin just saw the situation in the wrong way.
