I was Searching for wanted criminals In PDA and I saw a guy named ogy charon was wanted by state so track him I take his number from PDA and call him I tell him to come near LI. I call him again When I reach LI then I tell him to Come Outside 2 time he didn't come and try to ran so I shoot Him with lethal force because non-lighal Is not work when Inside Car. I send proof to LI Head od Department In email.
Now I am In jail for GZ 1.1 and a warn
