You cannot shoot before giving demands, you have to ask us to leave... its not a PvP server..... you have to wait at the ATM and RP it out and then give us demands to leave... you dont shoot on sight

so far as I know when u do atms robbery u can shoot without any demands as rp already started u only need to give demands when u do gun store / 24/7 robbery

FYI, Grand RP is not a PVP server.... You cannot shoot without demands.... its known as RDM
