Rejected missing grand coins

There was a limited time event which you can earn 15 grandcoins per day for playing 5 hours, at the beginning i had 4 and everyday i played 6-8 hours, so after after a week i had to have 109, when my payment has done i opened the shop tab and i saw that i only have 34, i immediately wrote to admins and they told me to post on technical forum so i did. An admin replied me like a joke that saying " you have to play 5 hours active to get paid" which is not what i asked for. Just because i didn't pay for grand coins doesn't mean that i didn't spent my hours on the game, what happened to me is just disrespectful and i'm not gonna accept this treatment. I'm not gonna play grandrp ever again.
