The suspect involved isn't a random, in fact the suspect's motive was revenge as a consequence of my RDM Report in English Server #2 on 10/29/22. There's no room for players who stalk and terrorize their victims for reporting them. Especially when the quarrel is from, and in an unrelated city/server of origin, all because they can't accept the consequences of their actions.
